Toogood was creating a series of furniture in a wide array of materials, Paper, cardboard and fabric that was to be cast in metal and then patinated to look like the real material. We were tasked to assist with the mould making of the original one to one sized pieces before they were sent of to the foundry.  It was a case of manipulating the original materials and then adding fibreglass internally to give the shape its fixed form.
